The Coalition of Trade Ministers on Climate is delighted to announce that the Republic of Paraguay has joined the Coalition of Trade Ministers on Climate. Paraguay will be represented by Hon. Ambassador Rubén Ramírez Lezcano, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Hon. Javier Giménez García de Zúñiga, Minister of Industry and Trade, bringing the number to 64 Ministers! This growing Coalition brings together a unique blend of Trade Ministers from a diversity of countries from different regions at different levels of development, climate vulnerabilities, and trade circumstances, committed to contributing to the global response to climate change.
The Coalition warmly welcomes Paraguay to the Coalition! We look forward to Paraguay's engagement in our work to foster inclusive cooperation on the nexus of trade, climate, and sustainable development and positive trade contributions to the global climate agenda.
